The only difference between countries like Sudan, Mauritania, Niger etc and Algeria, Libya and Saudi Arabia is a racial one. when the arabs stormed out of Arabia in six hundreds AD THEY conquered many peoples as part of an arab empire> they were the only strong military force at the time> without aryan persia as a strong political force.
